Established in 2013 as an organisation within the construction industry in the ACT, Liebke and Co Group has since expanded into a diversified Company that acts as a parent to a collection of subsidiary companies that are highly adept in Property development, Investment Management, Private Equity and Real Estate holdings.

Rowan Liebke
CEO
Rowan Liebke is CEO and Founder of Liebke & Co Group.
Rowan is a skilled negotiator, leader and inspirational figure who approaches life wholeheartedly and with purpose. A thirst for knowledge, skill, and ongoing practical learning is at the heart of Rowan’s ability to inspire and lead an organisation as dynamic as Liebke and Co Group.
With an expansive career encompassing more than 15 years of experience working in active roles across project and construction management, real estate development, finance and investment management – Rowan’s journey from Tradie to CEO is a fascinating display of human tenacity and individual mastery.
Under Rowan’s leadership, Liebke and Co Group underwent a complete corporate restructuring that saw the Group’s four distinct operations individually incorporated and the full integration of organisational leadership structures over each subsidiary of the Group. This historical evolution in the Groups journey has enabled Liebke and Co Group to 10x its revenues every 24 months since 2017.
Rowan and the team are currently assessing a 5-year pipeline of deals worth over $1billion that encompasses hotels, apartments, land subdivisions, commercial developments, large scale asset purchases and targeted M&A transactions that will fortify the Group’s valuation drastically by 2025.
When Rowan is not in the Liebke and Co Group HQ, you will find him at a Keynote speaking event passionately inspiring a crowd of aspiring individuals, training to smash his PB for his next triathlon or enjoying his time as a Father to his four beautiful children.
Jesse Zammit
Director
Jesse Zammit Co-Founded Liebke & Co with Rowan Liebke in 2013 and was appointed Director in 2023 after Liebke & Co experienced rapid expansion throughout its first several years.
As an entrepreneurial and progressive leader with a strong passion for developing organisations and people to reach their maximum potential, Jesse has a strong track record for creating highly commercial outcomes while capturing, articulating and re-implementing the systems behind such results.
While experiencing success as a serial entrepreneur across the hospitality, entertainment, technology, finance, capital management and property industries, Jesse has been active in numerous executive leadership and board level capacities for the last 14 years.
Fascinated with the pursuit of sustained profit, balanced with broad positive social and individual impact, Jesse attentively devotes his time and focus to ensuring the influence and impact of Liebke & Co will be a legacy felt for many lifetimes beyond their own.

As General Manager, Jordan carries the overarching responsibility of all of the business activities involved in the property development arm of Liebke & Co.
Jordan has an extensive understanding and love of Australian real estate and enjoys investigating the driving forces for growth across diverse property markets in Australia. This deep domain knowledge and passion for building sustainable, efficient and successful town planning schemes that foster and inspire healthy communities is a driving motivator behind the growth of Liebke and Co Developments.
Jordan can build and manage strong, efficient teams of professionals that focus on clearly expressed and thoroughly articulated common goals. This ensures that critical resources are deployed and effectively maximised across each of the development projects.
Jordan’s diverse skill set is underpinned by his strength in analysing and synthesising critical information relevant to building models and designing strategies to maximise opportunities and solve the problems inherent in building an ever-growing Development management company.
