Liebke and Co Equities is an investor in great people, great ideas and great businesses.
LCE’s history dates back to 2008, when LCE founders Rowan Liebke and Jesse Zammit bought their first business together in the accommodation and hospitality industry; a venture that saw business revenues triple and a successful exit within 4.5 years at a 4.46 MOIC.
Fast forward 14+ years, and Liebke and Co Equities have evolved into a team of passionate, imaginative visionaries – committed wholeheartedly to realising every potential of their portfolio companies and their brilliant people.
Through an equity investment in its portfolio companies, the firm looks to partner with current ‘key individuals’ (‘KI’s’) already highly integrated within target businesses (often founders or top tier management).
The LCE team then works closely with the KI and senior management to inspire and drive growth through a four-tiered approach by:
- Stabilising (Alignment of teams and corporate culture, Articulation of Vision and Values)
- Strategising (detailed business/growth planning, robust financial modelling)
- Capitalising (Access to growth capital, optimisation of capital structures)
- Realising (Execution of planning, monitoring and guiding necessary pivots, development of exit strategies, optimisation of operations for long term profit, growth and lasting social impact).
Exciting acquisitions
