Facilities
As the developer behind this exciting project, we collaborated closely with our tenant, architect, landscape and interior designers to create a childcare facility that promises an enchanting world of wonder and adventure where children can learn and play in a safe and inspiring environment.
The facility features three nurseries, a toddler’s room, a preschool, a large commercial kitchen, an administration office and a common area.
With two vegetable gardens, a chicken coop and outdoor adventure structures like a nature play obstacle course and forts with cargo nets and slides, this facility is thoughtfully designed to inspire young minds. Noteworthy features include an outdoor art studio, mud kitchen and imaginative play areas featuring cubby house cafes and sandpits as well as three ‘babbling brook oasis’ play spaces, complete with boulder-lined riverbeds, bridge crossings, a stepping stone pathway and misters for hot days.
